I have been honing my skill in drawing portraits. While capturing likenesses from life and photographs can be challenging, the effort is worthwhile, especially when the subject of the portrait is pleased with the final result—this is ultimately my goal. Da Simsuns
Remember the yellow fellows from Springfield? "Da Simsuns" was a fun art project inspired by the iconic television series "The Simpsons," which was originally created by Matt Groening in 1987. The idea for the project came from doodling the original characters from the series before I attempted to draw people I know in a similar style. Through this project, I captured the essence of real individuals, including their unique features and likenesses, which allowed me to use a more complex color palette than the famous yellow hue of the original characters.
